Mrs. Kinga Daradics has been appointed the Country Chairman of MOL in Romania and Chief Executive Officer of MOL Romania in May 2011. She started her career within MOL Group as a sales support assistant, and in the following years she gained experience and extensive know-how in different business areas as expert, operations manager or business line head. Prior to her current position she led the Card Products division of MOL Group, coordinating the activity of 9 countries in CEE and strategic cross-European partnerships.
She has a bachelor's degree in Marketing, a Master's degree in Management Strategies, both from Babes-Bolyai University Cluj Napoca, Romania. She also holds an Executive MBA degree from University of Sheffield, and currently she is enrolled into a MOL Group Leadership Program, made by Thunderbird Arizona, USA. She is an active member of the business community in Romania: board member of the Hungarian Business Association in Romania, board member of the Sapientia Foundation and she is among the founders of a special college in Cluj.
